Our services include family empowerment workshops, parent mentoring, assessments, fmily support and guidance through child protection or social care processes. We help you understand professional terminology and navigate assessments.

4. Your responsibilities

To provide meaningful support, we ask you to be honest with us and share requested information promptly. It is your responsibility to manage your formal appointments and keep us updated on any changes in your situation.

5. Fees, payments and cancellations

Fees for our tailored support will be agreed upon before we start working together. Payments are typically due in advance. If you need to cancel a meeting, please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee.

6. Limitation of liability

We are a consultancy and support service, not a legal firm. We cannot guarantee specific legal outcomes or decisions made by children's services. Our liability is limited to the value of the fees you have paid us.

7. Confidentiality and safeguarding

Your information is stored safely and kept private. However, we have a legal duty to break confidentiality if we become concerned that a child or vulnerable person is at risk of serious harm.
