Decades of Devotion to Your Family

My journey began almost 20 years ago as a qualified Social Worker on the front line, and then I worked my way up to to senior management. Throughout my career, I have held pivotal roles including Head of Service for Early Help and other important roles within the Local Authourity setting.

 

I have also worked as a Practice and Quality Assurance Lead, and Agency Decision Maker for private fostering agencies. This high-level experience means I know exactly how social care decisions are made. I have also worked extensively as an independent consultant, Independent Social Worker and Advocate for families, with local authorities, solicitors, and familiy support.

 

This unique perspective allows me to see the system from every angle, ensuring you are never alone in these complex processes. I founded Rebuild & Rise Families because I saw how easily parents, carers and their families can feel overwhelmed by legal  and social care jargon and bureaucracy.
